When you send a quote request we receive the details you enter (name, company, email, country, phone or WhatsApp number, your message) and any files you attach. To understand which pages bring enquiries, the form also records the page you sent it from, the page where you first arrived, the referring website and campaign tags in the link, and the approximate country and city of your connection.

Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free statistics to count visits. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell or rent your information.

How We Use It

We use your information only to reply to your request, prepare quotations and samples, and handle any order that follows. Our legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who Processes It

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and quote requests are delivered to our mailbox by an email delivery service. These providers process the data on our behalf and may store it outside your country. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations.
