Machining & Cold Forming
Done in our own plant, on our own machines.
Cold Forging
Multi-station cold headers form blanks close to net shape, with unbroken grain flow.
CNC Turning
Shafts, sleeves, bushings, fittings and flanges turned from bar or blank, including Mazak and Hardinge precision lathes.
Swiss-Type Turning
Sliding-headstock lathes for small, long and slender parts such as pins, shafts and fittings.
CNC Milling
Vertical machining centers and a horizontal machining center for blocks, manifolds, flats, slots and hole patterns.
Cylindrical Grinding
Universal and precision cylindrical grinders for bearing seats, shafts and pins.
Threading & Secondary Ops
Thread rolling, automatic tapping, slotting, press fitting and ultrasonic cleaning before inspection.
Forming & Finishing
Long-term partner plants, audited and controlled by our QC.
Hot & Warm Forging
Forged blanks for parts that are too large or too complex to cold-form, machined in our plant.
Casting
Cast blanks in aluminum and other alloys, then machined to drawing in our plant.
Stamping
Stamped flat parts, brackets and washers for assemblies.
Heat Treatment
Hardening, tempering and other treatments to the hardness you specify, checked by our QC.
Surface Finishing
Zinc, zinc-nickel, zinc flake, passivation, black oxide, anodizing and more through specialized partner plants.
Inspection in House
Every lot is checked in our own lab before it ships.
Coordinate Measuring
Two coordinate measuring machines, from LK and Zeiss, for first articles and full-dimension reports.
Surface & Contour
Mitutoyo roughness testers and a contour tracer for finishes, radii and profiles.
Optical Measuring
Profile projectors, a Swiss-made optical diameter gauge and a vision system for fast dimensional checks.
Hardness & Threads
Hardness tester, metallographic microscope, Mitutoyo height gauge and go / no-go thread gauging on every batch.

Common Questions
What do I need to send for a quote?
A drawing in PDF, DWG or STEP, the quantity, material and finish. If you have no drawing, send a sample or photos with key dimensions and we can draw it for you.
Which materials do you machine?
Stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper and brass.
Which processes do you do in house?
Cold forging, CNC turning, Swiss-type turning, CNC milling, cylindrical grinding, thread rolling and tapping. Hot and warm forging, casting, stamping, heat treatment and surface finishing are done by long-term partner plants and checked by our QC.
How do you check quality on custom parts?
We measure samples and production lots in our own lab: two CMMs (LK and Zeiss), roughness and contour testers, profile projectors, an optical diameter gauge, a vision system, a metallographic microscope, a hardness tester and thread gauges. Our plant is certified to IATF 16949.
Can you pack under our brand?
Yes. Parts can be packed in bulk cartons or under your label and barcode.
