Truck wheel fasteners face salt, grit and pressure washers. We work with specialized partner plants for each coating, so every common truck finish comes from one supplier, under our own inspection.

Wheel nut and bolt blanks forged from steel bar by long-term partner plants, checked by our QC.
Done in house: threads, seats, sleeves and pressure plate seats turned to drawing tolerances.
Hardened and tempered to the required strength class by partner plants, checked by our QC.
Done by long-term partner plants, audited and controlled by our QC.
Thread, dimension, hardness, salt-spray and appearance checks before shipping.
We match the part, make samples for approval, then produce to that standard.
Wheel nuts in M14×1.5, M16×1.5, M18×1.5, M20×1.5 and M22×1.5, plus 7/8″-11 BSF and 7/8″-14 UNF. Wheel bolts in M18 to M22 × 1.5 and M22 × 2.5, class 10.9 or 12.9, with left- and right-hand threads for JIS axles.
Yes. Send an OE number, a drawing or a sample. We match thread, seat, hex, height, plate, sleeve, serration and head, then make samples for approval before mass production.
Most European trucks, buses and trailers today use flat-seat (ISO) wheels with DIN 74361-3 thrust plate nuts. Older vehicles and some trailers use ball-seat nuts to DIN 74361-2. See the wheel nut page for the full type list.
Zinc plating for cost-sensitive volume, hot-dip galvanizing for trailers and outdoor fleets, Dacromet or other zinc-flake coatings for high-strength parts without hydrogen embrittlement, and zinc-nickel for the longest life on salted roads. Passivated, phosphated and black oxide finishes are also available.
10,000 pieces per size for truck wheel nuts. Lead time is usually 40–60 days after sample approval, depending on finish and quantity.
