Wheel bolts and studs for trucks, buses and trailers: serrated round-head studs, T-head and flange head bolts pressed into the hub, double-ended studs, and dual-wheel bolts with inner and outer nuts. Class 10.9 or 12.9, made with their matching nuts to your OE number or sample.
Sorted by head type: the head and the serrated neck decide how the bolt sits in the hub. Class 10.9 or 12.9, made to your OE number or drawing.
The serrated neck is pressed into the hub; the head shape stops the bolt from turning.
Pressed into the hub. The mainstream type on North American trucks, for example M22 × 1.5 with a 32 or 33 mm flange nut.
For European trucks and trailers. The head is clipped on one side so it locks against the hub and cannot turn.
A hex head with a flange and a serrated neck. Used on buses, light trucks and European models.
Bolts made with their inner and outer nuts, and studs threaded at both ends.
For dual wheels on Japanese and Korean trucks such as Mitsubishi Fuso, Isuzu and Hino. Made with the inner and outer nuts; left-hand thread on the left side, right-hand on the right.
A stud with a center collar and a thread at each end.
Common sizes we make. Length, serration diameter and head shape follow each OE part, so every bolt is made to your OE number, drawing or sample.
| Type | Thread | Length | Class | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Serrated wheel bolt (ISO) | M22×1.5 | 80–132 mm | 10.9 / 12.9 | Heavy trucks, trailer axles |
| Serrated wheel bolt (ISO) | M20×1.5 | 105 mm | 10.9 | Heavy trucks, Russian market |
| Serrated wheel bolt (ISO) | M18×1.5 | 65–73 mm | 10.9 / 12.9 | European truck hubs |
| Serrated wheel bolt | M22×2.5 | 77 mm | 10.9 / 12.9 | Indian trucks |
| JIS dual-wheel bolt | M22×1.5 LH / RH | To OE | 10.9 | Japanese heavy trucks |
| JIS dual-wheel bolt | M20×1.5 LH / RH | To OE | 10.9 | Japanese medium trucks |
European, Russian, Chinese and Indian trucks use serrated bolts with a single nut; Japanese trucks use JIS dual-wheel bolts.
Bolt length, shank and head differ by model and axle. We make each bolt to your OE number or sample.

Shenzhao truck wheel fasteners are aftermarket parts and are not OE parts. Vehicle, axle and wheel brand names are used only to identify fitment. Shenzhao is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these manufacturers.
Large plants are built for one standard part in huge volumes. We are built for the opposite: tailoring a proven design to your market, in quantities that make sense for you.
Each bolt is made together with its matching nuts, so thread and seat always fit.
Thread, hex and height matched to the trucks and trailers your customers run.
Finish, marking and packaging adjusted so your range is not the same as everyone else's.
Send an OE number or a sample nut and we match it, plate and sleeve included.
A truck wheel bolt is pressed into the hub and stays there, so it has to match the hub and the wheel system exactly. Start with the axle, not the wheel.
Most European and Chinese trucks use the ISO hub-piloted system: the wheel is centered on the hub, and each serrated bolt carries one flange or thrust plate nut. Japanese trucks often use the JIS system: on dual rear wheels an inner cap nut clamps the inner wheel and an outer nut clamps the outer wheel, both on the same bolt.
The serration diameter must press tightly into the hub flange, the head shape (T-head, D-head or round) must sit in its recess so the bolt cannot turn, and the length must suit the wheel and nut. All three follow the OE part, so the OE number or a sample is the fastest way to match.
On JIS trucks the bolts on the left side usually have a left-hand thread and those on the right side a right-hand thread, so the nuts do not loosen as the wheels turn. Order both hands for a full axle.
Truck wheel bolts are made in class 10.9 or 12.9 from 40Cr or 35CrMo alloy steel, hardened to HRC 33–38 or 39–42. Common finishes are zinc plating, Dacromet zinc flake and black oxide, or plain.
A stretched bolt or a worn nut thread does not hold its clamp load. Replace them as a pair, tighten to the vehicle maker's torque and re-check after the first 50–100 km.
An OE number, the vehicle and axle, or a sample bolt with its nuts. We match thread, serration, head, length and nuts.
ISO (hub-piloted) wheels are centered on the hub and use a serrated bolt with one flange or thrust plate nut. JIS wheels on Japanese trucks use an inner cap nut and an outer nut on each bolt for dual rear wheels.
On JIS trucks the left-side bolts usually have a left-hand thread so the nuts do not loosen as the wheels turn. The right-side bolts have a right-hand thread.
Class 10.9 or 12.9, in 40Cr or 35CrMo alloy steel, hardened to HRC 33–38 for 10.9 and HRC 39–42 for 12.9.
Yes. We make each bolt together with its matching nuts, including inner and outer cap nuts for JIS dual wheels.
Yes. Send the OE number, a drawing or a sample, and we match thread, serration diameter, head shape, length and nuts.
