Cold-forged and CNC-machined wheel bolts for European and Asian passenger cars, SUVs and vans, matched to your OE number, vehicle or sample, in every common thread, seat, length and finish. Lug bolts and lug nuts have been our core business since 2009.
Large plants are built for one standard part in huge volumes. We are built for the opposite: tailoring a proven design to your market, in quantities that make sense for you.
A low MOQ for test orders, niche vehicle ranges and new product lines.
We match the vehicles in your market and the salt-spray rating your climate and customers need.
Finish color, length, hex, marking and packaging adjusted so your range is not the same as everyone else's.
A supply network of specialized partner plants lets us switch finishes and specs quickly, without minimum line runs.
Made by Shenzhao and matched to the OE thread, seat, length and hex of each model, from city cars to vans.
Examples from our standard range. Fitment can change with model year and wheel type, so send your OE number to confirm.

Vehicle make and model names are used only to identify fitment. Shenzhao is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vehicle manufacturers.
A lug bolt does the job of a stud and nut in one part: it passes through the wheel and threads straight into the hub. Most European carmakers use bolts instead of studs, so buyers rarely choose one by "type". They start from a vehicle, an OE number or a sample, and the bolt has to match it exactly. When you send us one of these, this is what we confirm before quoting.
The seat must match the lug hole of the wheel. Ball seats come in several radii, and R12, R13 and R14 are not interchangeable; neither are ball and cone seats. A bolt with the wrong seat touches the wheel only on a ring or a point, clamps unevenly and can work loose. Aftermarket wheels often need a different seat from the factory wheels on the same car.
The thread must match the hub, for example M12×1.5 or M14×1.5. Thread length is measured from the seat to the tip. Too short and the bolt does not engage enough thread in the hub; too long and it can touch parts behind the hub. Thicker aftermarket wheels or slip-on wheel spacers need longer bolts. The hex is usually 17 mm, with 19 mm on some older and heavier models.
An OE number, or the vehicle make, model and year, is usually enough. For aftermarket wheels, tell us the wheel brand and its seat type, or send a photo of the lug hole. If you have a sample, we measure it. Common vehicle fitments are listed above.
Yes. That is how most of our customers order. Send the OE number, the vehicle make, model and year, or a sample, and we confirm thread, seat, thread length and hex before quoting.
No. The seat of the bolt must match the seat of the wheel, including the ball radius (R12, R13 or R14). A mismatched seat clamps the wheel on a small area and can loosen.
Thread length is measured from the seat to the tip. Start from the OE length for the vehicle; for thicker aftermarket wheels or slip-on wheel spacers, add the extra thickness. If you are not sure, send the wheel details and we will check.
Dacromet, Magni or zinc-nickel give the longest corrosion life. Zinc is rated 96 h+ and chrome 72 h+ in neutral salt spray, and chrome can meet 48 h CASS for OE programs. Every lot is salt-spray tested.
5,000 pieces per specification. That is low enough for a test order or a niche vehicle range, and different specifications can be shipped together in one container.
Tell us what you need. An engineer, not a call center, reviews every request.
