Forged aluminum hub-centric wheel spacers and bolt-pattern adapters for cars, SUVs and pickups, matched to each vehicle's bolt pattern, center bore and stud thread.
Large plants are built for one standard part in huge volumes. We are built for the opposite: tailoring a proven design to your market, in quantities that make sense for you.
A low MOQ for test orders, niche vehicle ranges and new product lines.
We match the bolt patterns, center bores and thicknesses of the vehicles your customers drive.
Anodized color, marking and packaging adjusted so your range is not the same as everyone else's.
Short runs and quick switching between sizes and colors, so a new vehicle range does not need a big first order.
Made by Shenzhao and matched to the bolt pattern, center bore and stud thread of each model, from compact cars to heavy-duty pickups.
Bolt-on hub-centric spacers by vehicle. Fitment can change with model year and trim, so send your vehicle list to confirm.

Wheel spacers are an aftermarket product and are not OE parts. Vehicle make and model names are used only to identify fitment. Shenzhao is an independent manufacturer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these vehicle manufacturers.
A wheel spacer sits between the hub and the wheel and moves the wheel outward: for a wider track, clearance for larger brakes or suspension parts, or to correct the offset of aftermarket wheels. Buyers rarely start from a spacer catalog. They start from a vehicle range, and every spacer has to match that vehicle exactly. This is what we confirm before quoting.
The bolt pattern (PCD) gives the number of studs and the circle they sit on: 5×114.3 means five studs on a 114.3 mm circle. A bolt-on spacer is fixed to the hub with the vehicle's own lug nuts, which sit in counterbored holes, and its pressed-in studs then carry the wheel. Those studs must have the same thread as the vehicle, for example M12×1.5 or M14×1.5, so the original lug nuts fit.
The center bore fits over the hub pilot, and the machined lip on the outer face centers the wheel in turn. This hub-centric fit keeps the wheel centered on the hub rather than on the studs alone, which avoids vibration. If the wheel bore is larger than the lip, a hub centric ring closes the gap.
Bolt-on spacers come in 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm for most cars, and 25, 30, 35, 38 and 50 mm for SUVs and pickups. Thin slip-on spacers of 3 to 25 mm go over the original studs, so check that the lug nut still has full thread engagement; longer studs may be needed.
Your vehicle list with make, model and year, or the PCD, center bore and stud thread, plus the thicknesses you want to sell. A sample works too.
A wheel adapter has one bolt pattern on the hub side and another on the wheel side, for example 5×100 to 5×112. Send both patterns, both center bores and the stud thread, and we make the adapter to match.
No. A bolt-on spacer is fixed to the hub with the vehicle's own lug nuts and has its own studs for the wheel. Thin slip-on spacers go over the original studs and may need longer ones.
The spacer's center bore fits the hub, and its lip fits the wheel bore, so the wheel is centered by the hub and not only by the studs. This keeps the wheel true and free of vibration.
It depends on the wheel offset and the clearance you need. We offer 15 to 35 mm for most cars and 25 to 50 mm for SUVs and pickups.
No. Wheel spacers are an aftermarket product. We make them for aftermarket brands, distributors and wheel retailers under their own label.
Send the vehicle or its PCD, center bore and stud thread. We check it against our range and tell you what we can supply.
Yes. Tell us the bolt pattern, center bore and stud thread of the hub and of the wheel, plus the thickness you need, and we make the adapter to suit.
100 pieces per specification, so you can test a new vehicle range or color without a large order. Different specifications can be shipped together.
Tell us what you need. An engineer, not a call center, reviews every request.
